CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC UPDATE!

Beginning Monday, June 22, access to parking at Central Valley High School will be available only through the 8th Avenue entrance (the entrance with the traffic light).

Please drive slowly and use extra caution during construction, as students and other visitors will continue to be on campus, including pedestrians and bicyclists.

Construction is expected to continue throughout the summer. If you have any questions, please contact the CVHS front office at 509-558-5100.

IMPORTANT: CV's Final Forms Sport Registration Platform is not tied to our Online Payment Platform. You will NOT be able to make payment through Final Forms. After registration, you will need to go to our Online Payments HERE to pay fees.

Families that qualify for Free or Reduced Meals may also receive waived sports fees. To be considered, select "consent to share" information when completing the MealTime (CNEEB) application found here: www.cvsd.org/sportsfees. (If you have already completed the Free or Reduced Meal application this year, you may complete just the Consent to Share form portion found on the application site, if you haven’t already done so.)

All athletes wanting to participate in any sports during the school year must complete the online registration, provide a current sports physical and medical insurance prior to participating.

Sport Fees:

ASB Card is required to participate in all sports - $35 (non-refundable)

Fees for each sport: $15 Participation, $10 Uniform

**You will not pay for your fees in the Final Forms sport registration program. To pay fees, login here with your student's ID number.

Sport Registration Dates:

Fall 2026 Sports - July 1, 2026 - Registration Opens

Winter 2026-27 Sports - October 13, 2026 - Registration Opens

Spring 2026-27 Sports - February 3, 2027 - Registration Opens

Sport Physical:

Your student must have a current sports physical prior to participating in practice or games, no exceptions. Physicals are valid for two years.

Our athletic programs include support from the full-time athletic trainers (ATCs) at Summit Chiropractic and Sports Institute. ATCs are highly skilled professionals who deliver comprehensive care to student-athletes, including injury assessment, rehabilitation, and emergency on-field care during practices and games.
