Activities Home

Central Valley High School offers many opportunities for activity and involvement to its students. These organizations provide social interaction to build friendships and enhance high school memories. Many increase a student’s qualification for scholarships and broaden knowledge and experience beyond the classroom for future career goals.

 

Spectacle of Sound

Central Valley Marching Band had a fantastic opening night to their competitive season at the Spectacle of Sound, Saturday, September 28, 2024.  The nights event included five schools from the surrounding community and served as the debut for each schools Fall show. CVMB's 2024 show BIONIC, is set to compete at the Cavalcade of Bands on October 5th, the Pacific Northwest Marching Band Championships on October 12th, the West Salem Marching Festival on October 19th, and the WSU Marching Band Championships on October 26th. All clubs/activities require students to purchase an ASB Card.  If your student has not purchased one at the time of registration the fee will be added to their Intouch accounts within a week of registrations.
