Freshman Class

Freshman leaders will gain leadership skills, character development, and work skills through team building and responsibilities they represent their class. They have the opportunity to plan activities that will enhance unity of the freshman class, the school in general, and the community. Students who are leaders and who enjoy planning and carrying out school activities would enjoy this activity. There are no requirements to qualify. All are welcome.

Officers must have a 2.0 G.P.A. and be a responsible citizen. They are elected in the fall. Meetings will be scheduled monthly or as needed. An ASB Card and a signed pride-honor code are required.

Sophomore Class

Sophomore members will promote activities for the Sophomore class Homecoming Hall Decorating competition. They have the opportunity to improve in their leadership and organization skills, social development and have a sense of belonging.

Membership: Students who are leaders and who enjoy planning and carrying out school activities would enjoy this activity. There are no requirements to qualify. All are welcome.

Meetings will be scheduled as needed in the fall before Homecoming. An ASB Card and a signed pride-honor code are required.

Junior Class

Junior officers promote activities for the junior class, Homecoming, fundraising and competition. They have the opportunity to improve in their leadership, fellowship, and organization skills, social development and have a sense of belonging. The Junior Class sponsors two dances each year - the Winter Semi-Formal in December and the TOLO in February or March.

Officers must have a 2.7 GPA and be a responsible citizen. They are elected in the spring and attend Activity Lab 1st period during their year of leadership. All juniors are encouraged to share ideas with others and to participate in the activities the officer’s lead. An ASB card and a signed Pride-Honor code are required.

Senior Class

Senior officers promote activities for the senior class, including Homecoming, Prom, Senior Breakfast and Graduation Exercises. They may select the graduation program with motto, crest, cap, and gown. They meet with school product representatives to meet the needs of the senior class. The officers are responsible for the coordination all senior activities. All events have to be cleared by the advisor. Officers learn that they may have their say, but not necessarily have their way, the democratic process. Scholarships can be gained.
