Drop off all overnight gear to the WRESTLING ROOM beginning at 8:00am. Please drop off all medications (including OTC) with Lori Wilson in the band office. Report to the CVHS Theatre for a team meeting to review the rules and expectations of the overnight camp. Primarily, campus is closed during the entire overnight experience. Students are not permitted to walk or drive off site. We also do not allow non-volunteer personnel on site after dinner break.

Rehearsals are open to parents, meal time is closed. This is an opportunity for us to give students, staff and volunteers a chance to experience a three-day road trip. All meals are prepped on site and students will receive all meals from Wednesday lunch through Friday lunch (7 meals).

A daily bulletin will show you how busy we keep the kids every day. They will essentially rehearse from 9am - noon, 1pm - 4:30pm, and 6pm - 9pm with a team activity each night at 10pm.
