Students should arrive at CVHS Saturday by 7:00pm. School will be accessible from the South Entrance. Parents, please do not drop off behind the school. We will be moving gear and it doesn't make it safe for the 200+ pedestrians.

Again PARENTS DO NOT DROP OFF behind the school. Please drop your student off in the bus lane of the south lot, so they can use the south entrance.

Students should arrive in athletic shorts, or black leggings. All students should also have a black T shirt and black socks.

If students own their own pair of marching shoes, DrillMasters, they should wear those. Students new to marching band will be provided loaner DrillMasters for the night - to be returned at the end of the night.

We will provide a snack at the end of the parade. Students should eat a hearty dinner, they are going to work really hard. We look forward to seeing you on TV around 9pm (SWX, #179 entry). Our hope is to return to CVHS by 11:30pm. Students will call you on the ride home. They will have a few responsibilities for clean up when they return.
